After
an exciting boat trip to this lovely island paradise north of Kuala
Lumpur- we settled into our bungalow and met WHUMPIE our Indonesian
guide for the duration of our stay. We basked in the sun on the
powder sand beaches and met some great guys from Eastern Europe
who worked hard to get away from the wars and live a more peaceful
life. It really makes you appreciate how well off you TRULY are
when you visit foreign countries where people live with little of
the comforts that we take for granted. Like our toilets that go
to a sewer system rather than a hole in the ground or a hole that
dumps straight into the bay where they FISH. Be thankful and enjoy
all your riches! |
